Message	and Australia but USPS is the cheaper one where you can Priority Mail with signature required service (CYA) or Express Mail with Tracking number and if you have to pay cash nothing better than Certified Mail. Certified Mail is automatically insured for $5k, just say it is a baseball trading card and that it is a gift and assign the value of the total $$ in it. It is ALWAYS handled manually, it is carried in a baggage and every person that handle it has to sign for it. But...I'm still waiting for a package from Holland that left January 15 and is missing in action. :( My ever growing Fairlady Z diecast/models/R/C car collection So, which Formula 1 Car are you most like?
